Why use two-factor authentication?

Two-factor authentication adds a second check to every sign-in, so a stolen or guessed password isn't enough to get into an account. It uses standard authenticator apps and costs nothing extra on any EasySignage plan.

Works with any authenticator app

Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, Bitwarden, or any other app with TOTP support. No SMS and no phone number required.

A 6-digit code on every sign-in

After your password, Google, Microsoft, or SSO login, enter the current 6-digit code from your app. Codes refresh every 30 seconds.

Require it for your whole team

Account admins can turn on Require MFA for all sub-users from Settings, so every user on the account sets up 2FA before continuing.

No impact on screens or players

2FA protects sign-in to the management console only. Registered players keep playing content normally and never need a code.
